Insomnia Support Group
Exhausted. I barley sleep, eat and the worst I have to take care of me 3 yo son who's counting on me. Friends just want to see me when they need something. Have no body to help me out when I'm down and I'm very down right now.
Thinking of you all... Any helpful hints here? Anyone doing wall yoga? Using Taragon? Maybe tried the honey?
