i hate these sleepless nights....i wont take drugs to help because of my dark past...i havent slept in 3ish days...i just wish these sleepless nights go away

I have similar issues with sleepless nights and at one point a not very good doctor prescribed me ativan to help with my insomnia and my anxiety. I became addicted to them and had to be slowly taken off, by a better doctor mind you. He then prescribed me melatonin tablets, they make your brain produces the natural chemicals that make you sleepy, the same chemicals that are released when it starts to get dark. Maybe that could be an option for you? Best wishes and hopefully some sleep will come your way :)
